PARTNER WOD: For Time (30 minute cap)
Partner A may only work while Partner B is holding their static hold. If Partner B takes a break, then Partner A must stop working and accumulating reps until Partner B resumes their static hold.
Round 1:
Partner A: 25 Wall Balls (20/14), 15 Toes-to-Bars OR Knees 2 Chest
Partner B: Barbell Hang Hold (65/55) [deadlift the bar up, hold at the hip]
Partners switch then repeat.
Round 2:
Partner A: 25 Box Jumps OR Step ups (24/20), 15 Pull-Ups OR Ring Rows
Partner B: Barbell Overhead Hold (65/55)
Partners switch then repeat.
Round 3:
Partner A: 25 Power Cleans (65/55), 15 Handstand Push-Ups OR DB Kneel and Press
Partner B: Pull-Up Bar Hang Hold
Partners switch then repeat.
Round 4:
Partner A: 25 Back Squats (95/65), 15 Shoulder-to-Overheads (95/65)
Partner B: Handstand Hold OR Plank Hold
Partners switch then repeat.
Round 5:
Partner A: 25 Kettlebell Swings (50/35), 15 Burpees
Partner B: Barbell Front Rack Hold (95/65)
Partners switch then repeat.
