Conditioning: 25-minutes
Partner A completes a 500m Row, while Partner B works through the following AMRAP:
-20 Hand Release Push Ups
-25 Air Squats
-20 DB Push Presses (55/45) (35/25)
-25 Slam Balls
Once Partner A finishes their 500m row, switch, Partner A will pick up where Partner B left off in the AMRAP and vice versa.
