STRENGTH: 10 min EMOM

1 power clean + 2 front squat + 2 Push Jerk (increase weight on each round)

Focus on speed and cycling through the push jerks

Conditioning:

Megs Birthday WOD!!!! The Chief is Megs favorite workout ever!

"The Chief with a subsitiute"

Max rounds in 3 minutes of: 3 Power cleans (135/95) 6 Pull ups (instead of push ups.) 9 Air Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 rounds.
