Head Coach, Program Director
Dr. Bri Donnelly, M.S., C.S.C.S.
Dr. Bri Donnelly was born and raised in Delaware County, PA. Bri strives to create an inclusive, safe, and fun environment for everyone to learn and grow. Bri attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania for their Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, their Master’s in Exercise Physiology and Sport Performance, and a Doctorate in Education. Bri has over 500+ hours of outpatient physical therapy and collegiate strength & conditioning internships; making them well-versed in the areas of program design, rehabilitation, and Olympic Lifting. Additionally, Bri is an Adjunct Professor at West Chester University, teaching undergraduate courses Exercise Science and Health and Physical Education.

Ben Berry, CF-Level 2
Did you know that female dragonflies play dead to avoid mating? Now that I have your attention, welcome to my bio! I am the best coach as well as the sexiest coach at Max Effort Fitness. It was only a poll of 1 person, but I’m sure everyone else would agree—haha!
My goal is to make sure that your one hour at Max Effort Fitness is the best hour of your day. My knowledge doesn’t mean a thing if you aren’t enjoying class. So my goal is for everyone to remain safe, have fun, to ensure a good workout, and learn something new about each athlete in my class. Time pending, my classes will start with a ridiculous, but unique ice breaker and end with some core work that will have us beach ready by summer! Hope to see you in class!

Stephanie Collins, CF-Level 2
Stephanie was introduced to CrossFit because she was tired of the same old monotonous routine of going to a chain style gym every day to train specific body parts day-in and day-out. She was looking for something different to push and motivate her to become stronger and healthier. Stephanie was an athlete all throughout her youth and went on to compete as a Top 5 NPC National Figure athlete and earned her IFBB Figure Professional status by winning her Figure class in 2006. She has established herself as a recognized trainer and nutritionist for the everyday person, athlete, competitive bodybuilder and figure athletes. She has helped men and women of all shapes and sizes achieve weight loss and or competition goals.

Stephanie is a Professional Figure Athlete and has been a spokes model and sponsored athlete for CytoSport Nutrition since 2004. Stephanie has over 20 years of resistance training, fitness conditioning and Sports Nutrition Experience.

Stephanie established Max Effort Fitness-Crossfit Drexel Hill in 2014, and has been a dedicated leader and community servant for more than 10 years. Stephanie works tirelessly to bring her community a positive fitness experience. Stephanie demonstrates a clear compassion for her members as they explore their potential and push their limits. Stephanie believes in everyone's ability to reach their fitness goals, and will celebrate them along the way.

A note from Stephanie: My philosophy on exercise and well-being is simple: Everyone is different, yet everyone is capable of accomplishing goals. There is no such thing as excuses, and there is always time. The only variables that affect one’s training are dedication and heart. Exercise starts out for many as a major change in life. But when it comes down to it, working out is not something that needs to be implemented into a person’s life; IT IS A WAY OF LIFE! Exercise is a lifestyle!!
